Commercial order

- Member can be firm or businnes, which wants advertising their own firm, their own products or services.
- Joining to our system is allowed for whichever firm or businessman, who agree and keep the conditions of the system and keep also the commercial order.
- Operator of the page doesn´t take the responsibility to the information correspodents to the facts.
- Operator of the page deals explicitly with mediaton information (facts about firms, businnesses, prices, qualitative and quantitative entries). Insert datas could correct explicitly the owner of the firm and therefore only the owner took responsibility to the information correspodents to the facts.
- The owner of the firm or business is obliged to give correct information in system (facts about firms and prices). If these are not kept and is proved that the informations are false or they can deceive others operator of the page has the right to keep back the informations or cancel the membership.
- The owner of the firm took the responsibility, that the promoted products, services are suit the law and s/he satisfy
the ordering to the insert products or services.
- The owner of the firm takes the responsibility that s/he provides the listed prices and discounts on products and services for costumers listed in system.
- Operator of the page respects the rights its partners and register. If it´s proved that the owner of the firm doesn´t keep the discounts on products or the owner of the firm abuse the costumer´s confidence which could be harmful for costumer, the operator of the page has the right to keep back the information or cancel the membership. The operator of the page is not responsible for damages spring from the abuses.
- The operator of the page provides the continuous development and also provides to save the information but the operator of the page is not responsible for errors in softver and hardver.
- The owner of the firm accept, that the operator of the page is not responsible and is not possible také him/her on responsibility for all
scurrilous and illegal speech or behaviour, neither for abusing mental laws. If the owner of the firm is not satisfied with the system, with information, conditions and with the commercial order the only solution is cancelling the membership.
- If the owner of the firm activated the on-line selling and ordering happens, the owner is obliged to make contact with the costumer within two days for checking the entries (receipt of goods, time and date of delivery).
- If the owner of the firm is not keeping the conditions and rules establishment in the document will cause the cancelling the membership without repaing the charge.
- The operator of the page has the right to change the prices and conditions. Partners and users will inform about the changes to 30 days before acquirement validity. If the partner or the user don`t agree with the changes has the right to cancell the membership. If the user don`t cancell the membership, the operator of the page takes that the user accepted the changes. If the user pay beforehead for the services provided by the system, the possible changes in prices and services came into effect when the time is up.
- The opertator of the page has the right to change the commercial order at any time therefore is advisable to read the commercial order often.
